Room Booking Request

LSC1 (1001), LSC2 (1002), and LSC3 (1003) are rooms within the Faculty of Medicine (FOM). These rooms can be booked through the FOM room booking page or by contacting the Resource Coordination Team at 1-877-266-0666, option 3, or via email at fom.resourcecoordination@ubc.ca.

• West Atrium - $300/hour or $3000/day
• East Atrium - $300/ hour or $3000/day
• Room 1.310, 1.410, 1.416 & 1.510 - $100/hour or $1000/day

LSI does not book the Colonnade on a regular basis, except for rare special events and with explicit permission of the LSI Administrator. Under no circumstances, if not formally booked, should the Colonnade be used for alternate seating, as a prep space etc.

Your booking is NOT confirmed until you receive the confirmation of space letter or an email indicating your space has been booked. If there are any changes to the booking it must be sent in writing by e-mail.

Must be received in writing and will be charged a penalty according to the following:

1. Up to 2 months prior to the event - 10% of the final invoice.
2. Less than 2 months prior to the event - 100% of rental fee.
3. Change-of-date administration fee for a confirmed booking is the greater of $200 or 10% of the final invoice.

Booking request involving the usage of the atrium must be received at least 1(one) month prior to the event. For additional Power requirements, hook-ups will be charged for installation and removal. All hook-ups to be completed by Plant Operations personnel.
